We provide your colleague with all the tools needed to work with Scrum and SAFe and elevate the team to a higher level.","target_audience":"<strong>Who should attend this training?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThis training is intended for anyone who is at the beginning of a role as a Scrum Master and wants to make a good start. No prior knowledge or training is required.","program":"<strong>Structure of this training<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe first part of the program is classroom-based and aims to increase knowledge. Your colleague will be trained internally for two weeks.\r\n\r\nThen, your colleague will put their skills into practice, at a workplace arranged by the employer. During this period there are regular return days.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nEvery return day starts with a guided group session to share experiences and reflect on them.
