Leading SAFe® provides a solid introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and demonstrates how organisations can apply Lean-Agile ways of working at enterprise scale. You will learn how teams, Agile Release Trains, value streams and portfolios can be aligned to deliver value faster, improve quality and respond more effectively to changing circumstances. The training is delivered in Dutch, while the official courseware and examination are in English. This helps you become familiar with SAFe® terminology and prepares you for the official examination from Scaled Agile, Inc. Includes official digital courseware, access to SAFe® Studio and the official examination according to the terms and conditions of Scaled Agile, Inc.
