After this training, your colleague will:
- Have a thorough understanding of Scrum and SAFe methodology
- Be able to apply Scrum and SAFe in practice
- Be ready to take the PSM I and Leading SAFe certification exams
- Be able to apply various work forms, such as Liberating Structures and LEGO® Serious Play®
- Have a bag full of tips and tricks; for example, how to effectively start with a team and facilitate remote vs. on-site collaboration, etc.
In short, after this program, your colleague will be ready to independently lead a team and make it more effective within an Agile work environment.
In just 3 months, your colleague will be prepared to start as a professional Scrum Master within a team. We provide your colleague with all the tools needed to work with Scrum and SAFe and elevate the team to a higher level.
Who should attend this training?
This training is intended for anyone who is at the beginning of a role as a Scrum Master and wants to make a good start. No prior knowledge or training is required.
Structure of this training
The first part of the program is classroom-based and aims to increase knowledge. Your colleague will be trained internally for two weeks.
Then, your colleague will put their skills into practice, at a workplace arranged by the employer. During this period there are regular return days.
Every return day starts with a guided group session to share experiences and reflect on them. Followed by a Masterclass deep-diving into the different Scrum events, tips and tricks and what the specific role and goal of the Scrum Master is.
The afternoon of every return day has its own specific theme, e.g.:
- Situational Leadership
- Kanban
- Support of the Product Owner
- Psychological Safety
The program concludes with a presentation / reflection on the personal learning objectives.
Conditions
This training is only possible as an in-house trajectory, with a minimum number of participants from your organization and a practice place provided by your organization.
