- Have acquired sufficient knowledge to take the PSM II exam and earn your certification via EXIN or Scrum.org

This course is more than a mere extension of the basic Scrum Master class. It is an interactive, experiential workshop where attendees delve into topics through a series of exercises and discussions.

The Scrum Master Advanced training brings these behaviors to light by challenging students to adopt various Scrum Master stances. This advanced training leads up to a unique certification that combines Agile principles and Scrum practices with an enriched understanding of team development, Agile product management, and the evolution of Agile organizations and culture.
Those who pass the assessment will receive an industry-recognized certification, attesting to their mastery of the content.
Who should attend this training?
This training is invaluable for anyone seeking to validate their advanced understanding of the Scrum framework and the delivery of valuable products.
Prior knowledge or training
Participants should have at least one year of Scrum Master experience and a practical understanding of Scrum to participate in and benefit from these exercises.
Over the course of this two-day training, you will explore topics such as:
- Comprehending and applying the Scrum framework
- Developing individuals and teams into self-managing entities, facilitating teams, understanding leadership styles, and coaching and mentoring
- Managing products with Agile: backlog management, stakeholder management, and customer focus
- Professional development, product delivery, and risk management
- Further developing an Agile organization, understanding organizational design, and culture
The exam is demanding and has a duration of ninety minutes. It is scheduled for the last hour of the training, but can be taken at a later time if desired. Upon successful completion, the Scrum Master (PSM-II) certificate from scrum.org will be automatically issued.
