If your organization works with more than five teams on one or more products for one or more customer types, it is time to scale up.
This training will empower you to collaborate with numerous teams on a complex product or product group. As a change agent, you will learn how to help your organization choose an appropriate scaling method.
Who should attend this training?
This training is designed for anyone who wants to delve into an Agile mindset for many teams simultaneously and adjust the entire organizational structure and processes.
Prior knowledge or training
The training is especially suitable for professionals already working in Agile teams and ready for the next stage in their development. Participants will benefit if they have knowledge of Agile, Scrum or DevOps.
However, this training is suitable for everyone, but fundamental knowledge of Agile and Scrum, preferably complemented by extensive practical experience, is recommended.
Structure of this training
In this interactive one-day training, you will explore different scaling techniques and frameworks, such as Nexus, LeSS and SAFe®. Together, we will explore which scaling technique is the most appropriate in different situations and contexts. We will identify recognized dilemmas and explore the most effective strategies, focusing on how to improve coordination between Scrum and DevOps teams.
This training provides a broader view of various Agile Scaling Methods as a means to achieve business Agility. The Scaling Agile training, offered by Improve, uses well-known knowledge and frameworks. This training provides a deeper understanding of scaling frameworks and lays the foundation for more advanced training that can be taken at established institutes (such as scrum.org, scalingagile.com, etc.).
The first part of the day focuses on recognizing the need for scaling and explaining different scaling techniques. During the second half of the day, you apply your knowledge to a real-world case study. You can include your own situation in the training.
This training does not lead to certification in any of the mentioned scaling techniques. However, each participant does receive a certificate of participation.
