SAFe® for Teams provides Agile team members with a practical introduction to working within an Agile Release Train (ART) using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You will learn how teams plan, collaborate, align dependencies and deliver value within a larger organisational context. The training is delivered in Dutch, while the official courseware and examination are in English. This helps you become familiar with SAFe® terminology and prepares you for the official examination from Scaled Agile, Inc. Includes official digital courseware, access to SAFe® Studio and the official examination according to the terms and conditions of Scaled Agile, Inc.

Course outline

Introduction to SAFe®: Scaled Agile Framework®, Lean-Agile principles, core concepts and roles
Working within an Agile Release Train: team roles, value delivery, collaboration and dependencies
PI Planning: preparation, team planning, cross-team alignment, risks, dependencies and PI Objectives
Iterations and backlog management: Features, Stories, Team Backlogs, Iteration Planning and Iteration Execution
Built-in Quality and DevOps: quality as a team responsibility, testing, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Continuous improvement: Inspect & Adapt, team optimisation, feedback, learning and Lean thinking in practice
Examination preparation: examination objectives, sample questions, examination tips and practical preparation
